What You’ll Learn
Your online sport management courses will cover essential topics such as the psychology of sport, media writing, sports law, sports facilities management and sports marketing and promotion. You’ll also get to choose two elective courses from a varied list so that you can tailor your degree toward your ideal career.

With over 20 years of industry experience and nearly 10 years of teaching experience, Stacy is a passionate and dedicated instructor at Spring Hill College where she teaches entrepreneurship, supply chain management, strategic communications, sport managment and marketing. As a PhD candidate at the University of South Alabama, Stacy is in the final stages of her dissertation and plans to graduate in 2021 with a focus on the impact of early entrepreneurship education programs on student entrepreneurial intent.
Stacy Wellborn has been a communications pioneer in coastal Alabama and throughout the southeast. By building community relationships and sustaining brands through strategic planning, public relations and digital marketing, Stacy takes pride in creating and collaborating with each client.
As the owner and leader of Wellborn Strategies, Stacy works with business owners and entrepreneurs to identify, execute and realize their visions. As the Yard Boss at the Container Yard, a co-working space in downtown Mobile, Stacy encourages entrepreneurs to identify creative solutions to business challenges and embrace new business ventures.
Stacy is an active member of her community and is an avid contributor to the creative scene of Mobile. She shares her innovative ideas with local charitable organizations including Junior League of Mobile, Mobile United and Public Relations Council of Alabama. More than anything, Stacy finds pure joy in supporting her friends and family and spending quality time with her husband and spoiled pups.
